DRM - Reception logs Kenwood TS-440

Mode : AAC mono, 11.6 kbps
Time : 08H10-08H30  and 9H23 (English)
 
New Rx conditions since 9 Nov 2003: 
 TS440 + changed AM filter + AM point + AM mode,
SAT-Service crystal mixer 467kHz outside the rx
with a 9v battery, Ant dipole 2x7m on balcony +
5m coax cable + IBM Netvista A30P P4 1.8G

FIRST TESTS with my new AM filter

Had not tried it for some time, because of weak signals I believe
Actually bad receipt (breaking a lot). Briefly shifting to FM at 8h14,
I see there is no signal at all on s-meter either.

At 09H00 UTC, switching to 15440 kHz, DW Sines.
Signal found to be very weak, which is not usual.
A side AM receiver tells me signal should be strong.
There is something wrong with my sensitivity.
I re-open my receiver and find some intermittent failure, maybe
caused when I installed the filter. My S-meter is now moving..
I readjust my levels on both DW 15440 and RTL 6095.
Back on 21675, it now works perfectly...
