AAC SBR mono 17.4 kbps

Too weak here, but got some good pieces of that nice audio
test tape. Also the operators comments in the text window
about the artist being played. Sound appears from 14dB and is
correctly stabilized from 16dB. Seem to be some heavy slow
QSB, SNR going up and down. Second half hour was worse.
Again, not beamed to me, by far, so just trying for fun!
